Mr. Batten has been employed by Twin Disc, Inc. since June 1, 1970. He joined the
company as a financial analyst and has held the positions of Assistant Secretary;
Secretary and Assistant Treasurer; Vice President, Secretary; Executive Vice President;
President, Chief Executive Officer; and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to his employment at Twin Disc, Inc., Mr. Batten held the position of Account
Executive at Ted Bates and Company. Mr. Batten graduated from Yale University with
a B.A. degree in History, and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
